Sardinia4Rent promotes the rental of goods and services in Sardinia through search engines and social networks, with no fixed costs or obligations!
We do not ask you for anything to join the Sardinia4Rent portal, not even an exclusive. Our variable fee applies exclusively to bookings received through our site. You can start promoting your properties at no initial cost, you only pay when you have earned.
You have complete control over your advertisements via the reserved area. You can enter descriptions, photographs and prices, and manage seasonality flexibly. The platform offers you the freedom to update information at any time and to choose the cancellation policy that best suits your needs.
We manage the entire booking process and we will collect on your behalf. We will automatically transfer the cashed amounts to your current account a few days after check-in. In addition, we carry out the prescribed withholding tax on rents and provide the necessary certification for your bookkeeping.
We offer access to our calendar at no cost. You can automate the propagation of information to other platforms and, at the same time, update the calendar by taking information from the calendars of the portals you work with, using standard iCal formats.
We are an Italian 100% company and we adopt the most modern safety standards. Connections to our site are protected by SSL encryption, and our databases are automatically backed up daily to ensure maximum protection of your data and information.
To create an account, click on the button and complete the registration procedure. After gaining access, you can start placing your advertisements. Registration requires your initial identification and may require proof that you can dispose of the leased property. This proof may include documents such as a cadastral survey or a lease agreement.
You can set your rates directly in your reserved area. Consider factors such as season, local events and general demand to determine competitive prices. You can consider using variable rates for weekends or holidays. In addition, our calendar management allows you to block any dates for bookings from other sources, either automatically or manually.
Payments are processed automatically via our platform. You will receive the funds in your bank account after the client's check-in, with weekly processing. If you are a non-professional Host, payment will be made net of the prescribed withholding tax, and we will provide you with the necessary certificates to present to your accountant.
When booking, a credit card is compulsorily required, so the amounts are always authorised by credit card. In cases of bookings made well in advance, we may require a deposit and a deferred balance. If the customer does not pay the balance by the deadline, the reservation will be cancelled according to your chosen cancellation policy. You can always check the status of your payment in your management area, where you will find detailed information about your reservation and payment.
The security deposit is a blocked amount as a guarantee for possible damages. You can request the security deposit via Sardinia4Rent or directly on site at check-in. It is important to specify the amounts and how the security deposit will be handled in your advertisements. You can also decide not to ask for the security deposit to make your offer more competitive.
In case of damage, you can request Sardinia4Rent to pay the security deposit, if collected at the time of booking and not yet refunded. You have 72 hours from check-out to report the damage before the security deposit is refunded to the customer.
The process is handled automatically by Sardina4Rent. Depending on your cancellation policy, part or all of your payment may be withheld in the event of a late cancellation. In the event that sums are withheld as a result of a late cancellation, these will be paid to you within the same timeframe as for a successful booking. In the event of a cancellation, the dates are automatically made available again.
When you make a reservation, you will receive a notification and have a maximum of 24 hours to accept or decline it. If you do not respond within this period, the booking will be cancelled automatically. We recommend that you respond to bookings as soon as possible to avoid the customer cancelling the order due to lack of response. Once you have accepted the booking, you may only cancel it due to force majeure. Outside these cases, according to the law, you may be liable to compensate the customer for damages.
In Italy, it is compulsory to provide adequate insurance cover to ensure third-party liability and protect clients in the event of damage. It is advisable to seek insurance to protect you against damage to property. The platform does not currently offer insurance cover.
