Is it possible to cancel a reservation?

Yes, you may cancel up to 24 hours before check-in, but refund terms vary and are specified in the cancellation policy of the rented unit. Please read the cancellation policy carefully before making your booking.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Sardinia4Rent only accepts credit cards to ensure more accurate, secure and immediate transactions. Payment information is encrypted for your security.

What is the security deposit and how is it handled?
The security deposit is a blocked amount as a guarantee for possible damages. If there is no damage, it is returned immediately after check-out. It can be requested or not, in advance or on site, with details provided at the time of booking.
Can I request check-in early or late check-out?

Yes, it is possible to request an early check-in or a late check-out directly, but both may incur additional costs and are subject to the availability of the property.

Can I change my reservation?

Date changes are currently not directly permitted. If you wish to change dates, you will have to cancel your existing booking and create a new booking.

What should I do if I find damage on arrival?

If you notice any damages or problems on arrival, it is important to report them immediately to the owner, also to avoid charges at check-out.
